Sydney has many beautiful wedding venues but our favourite by far is The Grounds of Alexandria in Sydney. Nestled amongst the hustle and bustle of inner city is this tropical oasis that has an old school rustic charm about it, from the old potting sheds, to the pig sty and farm animals on site.

Emily and Chad chose the Grounds of Alexandra for their wedding venue beause they loved the intimate feeling the venue provided and the fairy lights as it lights up the venue at night time making it a magical fairytale location for an evening wedding portrait shoot.

COVID-19 made things challenging for Emily and Chad with the need to social distance, limitations on guests attending but they were able to work around this and have a special and memorable wedding.

The wedding was capped off with a light shower to capture some magical backlit rain photos.
